In-Person or Remote Training/Go-Live

Once we have reviewed the 20-25 Pilot Phase deals, we need to work with the client to get the rest of their team trained/access so that they can go-live. If a customer purchased in-person training, we need Jason to schedule that piece.

1. Navigate to the DealCheck AI ticket board https://app.hubspot.com/contacts/22252955/objects/0-5/views/all/board

2. Select the ticket you need to set up in-person or remote training prior to go-live.

3. Click "Email" in the left hand panel

4. Click "Templates"

5. Click "#5 DCAI Onboarding Email Template (Remote Training/Go-Live)"
